chapel help

I am planning an "in-suite" reception in the Vista Suite at Mandalay Bay.  I still have not decided on a chapel.  We're expecting around 50 people.  I am on a tight budget and I need a wedding package under $1000.  I am totally fine with free standing chapels or chapels in off the strip hotels.  I recently heard of Belleza chapel.  All the reviews I found were positive, but I'm still skeptical.  Any suggestions?

The garden is beautiful.  My only issue is that I'm getting married on a Saturday so that my friends and family will be able to make it.  The site says that package is only available Monday-Thursday.

Most of the locations have packages for around $1k or less. We are doing the Mandalay Bay Chapel for $1,100. TI has very affordbale packages and I also suggest checking Chapel of the Flowers.
