Hair and Makeup in Wilmington NC

Hello All! I am in search of someone who is comfortable and experienced with African American hair for my August 13th wedding. I'm also looking for a makeup artist in Wilmington, preferably a MAC artist but they don't have to be, as long as they are good! Does anyone have any recommendations?? I've been searching and searching... The hair stylist seems to be extremely hard to find there and I've only been able to locate 1 or 2 make up artists when I search on Google. Our wedding is at 11:30, so I'm not able to go to the MAC counter, since they do not open until 11. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I also prefer someone to come to me, but again, I can work around that. Beggers can't be choosers, right? :)  Thanks!

    I'm going to Harbour Day Spa for my make up and hair.  The last time I was there, a future bride with African American hair was there for her test run. Her hair looked good when I left!

    I get my hair done at Bangz salon/spa in Wilmington. Monica Purdy is who did my hair and she also does makeup...she's great!

    I am having Jessica from Harbour Club Day Spa come to our hotel.  She does hair and make up.  She did my friends wedding and all the girls looked amazing!  She charges a fee to come to you but it was reasonble.  I have my trial tomorrow!
