just wondering if you fed ure photographer and dj, we are having 25 people in the abruzzi room, todd is with us for 6 hours so i def want to feed him but i wasnt sure about dj, i wil probably just feed both, but my question is, do they eat the same thing as us??? also where do they eat?? we are only having four tables so im not sure if that would be weird for them to sit down at one of the not so full tables, what did you do or what do you plan on doing????

We're not having a DJ, but Todd is also with us for 6 hours so I have arranged a vendor meal for him. Marc told me that he can choose something off their menu so he won't be eating the same as us. We only have 3 tables so I've also included him on our table plan so I know where he'll be sitting.

I won't have a DJ, but my photographer (Todd) will be working with me for 6 hours, so I will offer him a vendor meal.  It is $30 at Maggianos for the vendor meal.  I only have Todd for an hour of the actual reception, so I am not including him in our seating plan.  Maggianos said that they can seat him in the main restaurant area and I figure he may just want to eat in peace after he is done shooting us for the day.  We might not have even had appetizers at that point.

We worked Todd and our DJ into our guest count; Maggiano's offers discounted meals for vendors. Todd sat with our guests, and chatted away like he'd known them for years; no one really cared, to be honest.

If you are holding your reception during a meal time (i.e. lunch/dinner), it is proper etiquette to offer meals to your vendors.
