Topsail Island Wedding friendly homes

I am just starting the planning process for a beach wedding sometime in September of this year!! 
Can anyone recommend a beach house that they used for their reception site that is ocean front?
It doesn't necessarily need to be in Topsail also...

If you aren't set on using a beach house, check out the Surf City Center. I got married there in May 2010. It was a lot easier and less expensive than renting a house!

I just reserved the Surf City Center. I had considered a house, but I found that it seems the center may be easier...

I am getting married in Topsail in June of this year.  I had originally planned on renting a beach house, but it was going to be extremely expensive (and this was in the spring).  I am now having my wedding/reception at the Surf City Center.  It's much more affordable.  On the other hand, I'm having trouble finding a place to stay for a couple of days...most every rental I've tried to find requires a week stay.  Good luck with your planning!
