It was requested in another post so I thought I would post it here. I'll try to get it out via email to the ladies that asked. This is the schedule I gave to my photographer. I also gave him a list of all the places we wanted to shoot. Then we just shot as we moved along.
12:45-1 boys' suite
1:10-1:45 getting ready and details-girls' suite
1:45-2 move to next location
2-3 first look and other couple shots
2:45-3 wedding party moves to location
3-4:15 wedding party shots
4:15-4:30 move to ballrooms
4:30 groom due to ballroom
4:15-5 waiting/guest shots
4:45 Bride due to the waiting area
5-5:30-ceremony
5:30-6 formals
5:30-6:30 cocktail hour
6:30-7:30 dinner
7:30-7:45 speeches and toast
7:45-8:00 first dances
8:45 cake cutting
9 photographers depart
