For those that have done a guest photo tour

 I want to pickup my guest 2 hours before ceremony for the photo tour on a shuttle .Then head over to the ceremony and then reception. Would that be too much for the ceremony or should I possibly have the tour after the ceremony. What worked out for you and your guest?

FYI: I plan to have a sunset ceremony

I'm doing it on the wedding day. I want my guest in some of the photos.

What if they don't get back on time for the ceremony (traffic, transportation issues, etc)?  I think you'd be better off doing it post-ceremony.
