Airport Transfers

Hi, we have approx 20 of our 30 guests flying on the same airline at the same time, I'm wondering,
1. Are we responsible to get our guests to the hotel from the airport?
2. Should we make transportation plans or let everyone fend for themselves?
3. Pay for everyone to take cabs, limos or buses?

    You're not responsible for your guests' transport to/from the airport.  If all 20 are coming in on the same flight though, they should definitely call one of the limo companies and book a bus to take them from the airport to the hotel, it would probably be less than $10/each versus everyone paying $20+ each on cabs.

    I would rent the 30 passenger bus from Bell Trans for $80 bucks and pick up everyone-- only if they are staying at the same hotel. Even though it costs you money, it would save your guests a ton of money. It would not work well if they are not at the same hotel, though...
    It may be 80 versus $300-400 in cab fares.
