I saw that you used Visions Catering as you caterer last year..how did you like them? I went for my tasting and it was pretty good. Were you satisfied for your service?

    Butting in -- I am using Visions Catering.  Obviusly I haven't experienced their service yet, but the food was good and their prices and wide variety of options can't be beat based on what I found when I was looking.  I also love that they will substitute gluten free meals for no additional cost for people who need them which is good because Celiacs runs in both my and FI's families!

    Our venue coordinator (she coordinates for several Triad venues and writes an advice column/Q/A thing in Triad Weddings) said Visions is out at our venue at least once every weekend if not more and she has only ever heard one complaint (Prime Rib was cold or something like that).  Just thought I'd share what I had heard about them!

    As long as it doesn't rain!  Hoping we will be around peak season for the fall colors since its at the end of October. 

    Janece -- where are you getting married?  (sorry to hijack your post ;) )

    We would have used Magnolia Mannor in a heartbeat if it hadn't been 45 minutes up backroads from our ceremony site.  I'd hate to get our guests lost somewhere on Horneytown road or Skeet Club on the way to the reception.

    Hi Beth and Mary! I really liked the food at Visions and they're prices are awesome!! Im getting married in Raleigh at the River Ridge Golf Club but im thinking about changing my ceremony site. The only other person ive looked at is Catering Works. I have a tasting with them at the end of the month but they are really expensive. Hope you ladies are doing well!
