What to put on info card with invites?

I'm doing a little card that gives our wedding website, as eventually we'll have a spot for people to say yes or no if they are joining us for the Welcome dinner, and just for general info etc.

How should I word it and is there anything else I should/could put on there?

The RSVP postcard will be separate.

I put my wedding website on the accommodations card. At the bottom is just said, "Find more information on our website http://ww....."

If the welcome dinner is open to all invitees you could just put something like "If you'll be arriving in Vegas by X:XX on the #st and would like to join us for a welcome dinner, please RSVP via our website".

We did a pocket invite so one of the cards was "Itinerrary and Accommodations" that had a brief schedule of events that were for everyone, info on where to book rooms along with a tip to check our website for coupon codes and then a "For more information..." section with the website and some of the things to be found on it.

Do you know (or will you know by the time you send out invites) where your welcome dinner will be? It's hosted, right?

If so, I would put:

Please join us for a Welcome Dinner on Friday at 7pm
House of Blues in Mandalay Bay
Please RSVP by July 4 via our wedding website at:
 www. sara'swebsite.com
You will also find additional information about our wedding events, Las Vegas accommodations and travel, and other activities in and around the area.

           eat drink and be married

before they say i do, lets raise a glass or two.

for dinner followed by a strip tour.

I asked for everyones email address on the response cards in case we decide to do a meet and greet we can just send out an evite ... or if we don't I think it good to have to let everyone know you itinerary while your in vegas so you dont have a zillion people calling you.  For example- thursday cabana at the pool from 9-12.  Then your guests know where to find you.

I just did a VistaPrint bizcard with Phone #s and important address and a Vegas strip map on one side (THANKS WIWICAT!)

I think the price was like $18 for over 100
