NEED A RALEIGH RECEPTION LOCATION LIKE YESTERDAY

If anyone can help me find a location to book for my July wedding reception it would be great.  WE don't have a lot of money so anything over 3K is a bust.  All suggestions PLEASE! Thanks guys!

    Check out the 'Rand-Bryan House'
Its a relatively newer venue and its very pretty and really reasonable. We're having both ceremony and reception there :)

are you talking 3K just for the location? or are you including catering? if so, how many people?

For me Brier Creek Country Club was $950 for the wedding lawn and the smaller room (Palmer's Cove), but there was a $5000 food minimum using their catering only.

Have you checked the NC Bride Bio for places you might be interested (as far as where they are located, and actually LIKING the place) and then just make calls or visits and go from there to make sure they are within your budget.  Good luck!! :)

Hmm...did you check the Tucker House? You have to have a pretty small guest count, but the pictures look beautiful and you can have ceremony and reception there.  There are also a couple places at Lake Johnson. My friend is having her reception at the Shrine Club, which I assume is pretty affordable, but I don't know much about it.

Check out exploris and the history museum in Raleigh....they are nice and inexpensive. Less than $1000 I think for the reception area..

Haywood Hall in Raleigh is $1200, but there's not too much indoor room, which could be an issue for July.

Triangle Catering has something called "The Cotton Room" but I am not sure how much it is, and it's in Durham.

Many hotels won't charge room rentals (just ceremony fees) but they will have catering minimums, so they're a good place to start.

Good luck, and don't worry I am sure you'll find something great!

Is the 3K including food. If not Wake County Shrine Club is for $1695.
