Caterer Suggestions... New Bern/Morehead City!

Hi!  I am looking for a caterer in New Bern or Morehead City since I am getting married in between those two towns.  If you know of a caterer near there that will allow me to stock my own bar and they serve it, that would be preferable.  I have google searched some, but I am sure there are more out there since the ones I've found online aren't very exciting to me...

Any other vendor recommendations will be great since I am also looking to book my photographer VERY soon too!

    We are using Chris Tompkins with Flounders Seafood/Thee Catering Company.  I met him at one of the wedding shows in Morehead, he was wonderful!  I am having a very low-key beach wedding though, with the reception at a private beach home so we can bring any vendors in we want.  Have you Googled Crystal Coast Weddings/Brides?  Some of those websites have some great options.
