Hi!  I hear that you had a reception in a ballroom at CP and I wanted to know how you liked the food??  I'm about to sign my contracts for there, but wanted to hear what you thought.  PM or respond if you get this!

    Hi jenjenaz,

We had our reception in Roman I and III. We were very pleasantly surprised with the food, and our guests raved about how good the food was. We went with the Festival of Adonis menu.
-Hot Hors D'oeures: Hibachi Chicken Skewers w/Teryaki sauce, and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp.
    -Dinner buffet: Soup (clam chowder);
Salad (classic Caesars or buffalo Mozzarella w/tomato, basil infused olive oil or baby greens served w/tropical fruit salsa, cilantro lime vinaigrette)
Entree and sides: Chicken w/Lemon butter and capers; Boneless Braised short Ribs; garlic scented broccoli, roasted tomato and wild mushroom; Linguine w/Sundried tomatoes; garlic and Parmesan roasted potato.

The service was wonderful, the table captain served DH and I, and made sure we were well taken care of. We had full bar, used outside vendors for decor, linens, lighting, and chairs. Oh and Caesars did our cake and it was super yummy, 5 tier alternating flavors of coconut/w italian cream, and hazelnut w/white chocolate cream, the icing was vanilla butter cream.

omg -- your cake sounds to DIE for.  can i ask who you used for the decor / linens?  did you use caesars for your flowers?  if not, who did you go through?

    i'm salivating now.  coconut w/italian cream....yummm.......

we're doing the sitdown in the trevi ballroom...we're probably a smaller group than you were.  We're hoping to max at 75.

Did you do the bar package?  How was that?

Thanks so much for the info....really appreciate it!

We used LTeventions for mostly everything. They did our linens, decor (centerpieces and table settings), chairs, and even our all wedding party flowers. We used Caesars flowers to decorate the Venus Garden and only b/c it was included in our package. We DID NOT pay an outside fee to use an outside vendor for our WP flowers, but I've been told that that has changed.

We did 4 hours package bar- call for $27 per person with $175 bartender fee. It included:
    -call brand
    -house wines *Sommelier's selection
    -imported beers/micro brews
    -domestic beers
    -non-alcoholic beers
    -fruit juices
    -soft drinks (pepsi products)
    -Caesars mineral water
    -Sobe Adrenaline Rush

The cake was included in the package and as long as it wasn't some super complicated design, if you do want something special, there might be an extra charge.
