New Cosmopolitan Chapel?

I'm currently looking at possible ceremony venues and just came across this article about the Cosmopolitan's new wedding chapel:

On their website, it looks as if they have a pop-up wedding chapel, but there isn't much info listed (and no photos).

Does anyone know anything about this?

Haven't heard of it.  I have heard a lot of mixed reviews on Cosmo lately.  Other than the location, the rooms can range from clean to not so clean, service can be excellent to non-existent and evidently it's not the best place to go if you're a gambler and want to build up some comps.
