Nevada-Las Vegas

Itinerary

Morning :)

I'm trying to arrange my itinerary and am having a hard time making it look right.

I have 3 days to put on it. The first - the bachelor/ette parties, the second - the show we're seeing the night before, and the third - the ceremony and dinner. I didnt put any info on the invitation about the dinner as it wasnt planned yet.

I've searched for templates but cant find anything I like.

Do any of you lovely ladies have any suggestions or a sample you'd be willing to share?

Thanks a million,
Charity

Not that this will be much help, but I'm just making intineraries on a word doc and printing them on colored cardstock.  I was going to go through the trouble of finding a template or ordering vista print brochures, but I have different itineraries for family, wedding party and regular guests, so it wouldn't work out.  Plus I'm trying to cut costs anyway.  Just want you to know it doesn't have to be something wedding-ish or professional looking...it will be the same information either way.

Are you mailing them out or handing them to guests once they arrive?

I am mailing them out about 2 weeks before the wedding, although we're not having any hosted  events other than the reception/dinner after the ceremony, so I don't need any RSVP's for the other dinners or anything.

I made a brochure for my guests as well.  I just mailed them out last week!  If you would like to see it let me know!

Are you throwing a bachelorette party for yourself?

I don't get married often, but when I do, I do it in Las Vegas.

Shaq and Jewels, I would love to see your brochures if you'd be willing :)

Smokeybailey, I'm not throwing it for myself, my bridesmaids have arranged a shopping trip and bottle service at a club. But I wanted to have it on the itinerary so everyone knows what and where. Maybe some people will want to join in on the shopping but skip the club or vice versa. Also, the grooms men have arranged to go to the gun shop during the day and a club at night so I want those on there too. Am I doing it wrong?

I wouldn't invite people to my own bachelorette party.  Put it on your website or something.  Otherwise, it looks like YOU are throwing it.  Also, I assume your BMs are picking up the tab for EVERYONE that comes?  Do they need an RSVP?  If it is not a hosted event, I wouldn't include it on any documetation that is going out that may appear to be an inivtation.  Or let the hosts (your BMs) put out the invitation.  They should expect to pay for everyone they invite.

If the event is NOT hosted for your other guests then you will want to use word of mouth to let people know that you will be at a club at this time if people want to show up and buy themselves some drinks.

Thanks for your advice Smokeybailey :)
The transportation and bottel service are paid for...but I'm not sure about anything else. I'm going to have to think about this a little more before I continue on with the itinerary...

If the BMs are paying for everyone's bottle service and transport, they will need a head count.  They should send out invites.  You shouldn't have to worry about it.  You are the guest of honor and should just show up.
