Final Payments to Vendors

Hey everyone.  I have about $2500 in final payments due to vendors not including reception venue. Obviously.

We are using All Night Long, Harmony, Todd, Las Vegas Custom Cakes and Pam at the Palette. 

When did you send your final payments or did you make them in Vegas or what will you be doing?

I do have the means to pay them off now, but I like to hold onto my $$.  Ha. I am not sure if this is the correct reasoning in this situation.  Maybe its better to get it out of the way now and have less to worry about as the date approaches.

    I paid Harmony and Todd off before we went to Vegas so I didn't have to deal with it there and so I had those things checked off my list.

    You are still 4  mo out.  I'd wait a bit.  I paid them off a week or so beforehand.

    I shall put it back under my mattress until then. I am terrified of procrastinating and then being bombarded at the end, but it makes sense!

    I plan on paying our remaining vendors 30 days out.  I don't want to have to deal with anything but tips when I get on that plane to fly to Vegas!

    Right now we're at the point where we're paying the last of everything except the reception and glamsquad. Already paid off Todd, paying off the remaining blance for Caesars this week and probably DJ Godzilla in about 2 weeks or so but he said we don't have to pay him in full until the day of but I'm pretty sure we're just going to get that out of the way. One less check to write the day of haha! xD

    Maybe it's just me but as soon asn I have the $ I pay off the vendors.  I have paid off everything I've booked other than the restuarant (and the 75 to the officiant in cash day of).  I haven't booked limos yet.  I want it all done and only have to worry about tipping when we're there :)  But money is tight and if I have the money if I don't pay off wedding stuff it will end up being spent else where (a great sale on kids clothes or spluring on eating out etc...).

    ETA ther a quite a few things I haven't booked yet, cake, limo and such.
