"Rehearsal" Dinner Ideas?

Hi everyone! My fiance and I are trying to brainstorm a place to take everyone (20-25 people, including a baby) for dinner on the Friday night before our wedding. We have a couple of requirements that we'd like to stick to:

1. On the Strip, preferably somewhat close to the Wynn or Venetian
2. Casual food (we are having a fairly fancy wedding reception at Bouchon, so we'd prefer to be more low key the day before)
3. No required bar package (we are not big drinkers, so we'd rather not go somewhere that wanted us to pick a per-person hourly alcohol package)
4. Around $25/person

Our back-ups right now are catering to my future in-laws' place (who live on the outskirts of the city) or going to the buffet at the M. The only problem is that a lot of the people will be flying in and not renting cars, so we would probably have to shuttle people back and forth.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

    Serendipity at Caesars?
    Taqueria Canonita at Venetian?
    Maggianos?
    Grand Lux Cafe at Palazzo?

Just some thoughts to get you going.

We are doing a day after lunch at Stripburger, close to the locations you mentioned. It is extremely casual and all outdoor seating right on the strip and fits in your price range.

Thanks for the ideas so far! Some of them are new for me.

Stripburger was one that I had contacted. Sin715: Are you just using their group menu, or did you customize anything? Are you going with the drink package?

I am not using the group menu, I am just letting everyone order from the regular menu.

At the moment we are just providing food and soft drinks (Stripburger have told me they will allow people to purchase alcohol seperately). However if less people show up than planned we will probably just pay for the whole thing....also depends on how hungover I am....I might be feeling generous, lol!

Sin75: Haha, thanks. I guess that I was figuring since Stripburger has a specific group-dining menu that ordering off the regular menu was not a great option. Anyway, I think we are going to end up booking there! I have good faith in the whole LEYE restaurant group, and the restaurant is in such a good location for us.

We are having a "rehearsal" dinner at Serendipity.  It's more of a meet and greet for our guests.  We have the patio reserved.

Some other places I priced that were decent were Grand Lux Cafe and B.B. Kings.
