Vegas Strip Photography

Good evening. For those of you have had your photographer get photos of you on the strip, did you have them taken in the daytime or nighttime? I do want to do some fun photos on the strip with our wedding party & guests, but I think I may prefer nighttime shots. I was hoping to get feedback on pros and cons from people.
I'm trying to look at different photo packages I want, and I think I want my wedding to be early afternoon with a casual / laid back lunch. We are planning to get married around the beginning of the year - doesn't it get dark around 6pm?

I'd recommend something that gets you day and night photos that spans the 'golden hour' which is the hour leading up to sunset.  So maybe do a three hour tour of the strip starting 90 minutes before sunset.

I am also wanting strip photography. Who are you planning on using, does anyone do limo and photog as a package?

I'm still looking into different photographers. I know that many of the ones that I've seen suggested on the community boards do "strip tour" pakages, not sure about limos included though...
