I'm VERY new to this and recently got engaged. I'm planning a wedding in 60 days and it's so overwhelming. Anywhoo, I was wondering if any of you have had any experiences at Mandalay Bay. My wedding is booked for Nov 11th. Do any of you have any suggestions/recommendations for nice restaurants for a dinner and champagne toast that will accomodate approx 40-50 people?? I only have the ceremony partially taken care of and am looking for ideas on reception/dinner after the ceremony. Any tips/ideas/recommendations will be appreciated.
