Best wedding photographer for under $1000

Hi again everyone,

We are interested in having a professional photographer capture our wedding rather than one of the included ones at the hotels.

We are not concerned about having prints as my fiance is a graphic designer and has access to high end printers at work. We would like access to as many digital copies as possible though.

Also in keeping under $1000, how much time does that usually include? Will we have the photographer booked for the ceremony (which seems to be no longer than an hour at most hotels) and the reception or for just a portion of the reception?

Todd from Bentley Wilson charges less than that I believe.

He's had a ton of great reviews on here, although one bride had him for dusk/night and was not as happy; just something to keep in mind, might mean his night work is not as well polished.

I can't think of any others on here that are frequently recommended that would come in below $1k.

Tyler Freear charges $200/hour so you can keep it under $1000 if you want him for less than 5 hours.  He also provides a CD with all your pictures and the rights to produce your pictures.  Might be worth looking into!!

Oh, and he has fantastic communication and has been wonderful to deal with so far

he is very affordable. I believe I signed for 4 hours for approximately S450

Its 898 for 8 hours for todd. So that's the top package. He will do the photo tours included too.

Did you call him to negotiate the price? It says $548 on the website for 4 hours.

6 hour packages are $875 and he has an awesome style! And he provides the digital photos...

I am so excited to have him and can't wait to see how the pics come out...he is very creative and has some really cool techniques!
