In-suite reception packing list - **VG** or anyone else!

Hey VegasGroom or anyone else,

I remember that you posted (or was it someone else?) a great list of the things to bring for a in-suite reception. I did a search and can't find it!!

We're not eating in the suite but we'll have our reception there. I'm planning on having some munchies to eat while we celebrate/dance the night away. We have a bartender coming over as well so he'll bring his tools to mix drinks. Having said that, I think Vegasgroom mentioned something about a tool to make it easy getting the ice from the ice maker?

Basics:
Glasses/cups for drinks
Napkins
plates for cupcakes
Guest paper towels (for the restroom)
Paper towels (to clean up spills)

What else am I missing?

Munchies:
Nuts
Olives,
Cheeses & Crackers
Any other ideas?

Thanks in advanced!

  • Someone mentioned garbage bags too.

How do you get your planning bio to link like that?

  • Blue Diamond makes several different kinds of flavored almonds (ex. Wasabi Soy Sauce .yum!!!!) that we had out for guests at our NYE party and they were talking about them all night. :)

Pump hand soap might be helpful so everyone doesn't have to use the bar they provide in the hotel?
    Mints for after people eat?

Chips and salss or chips and dip?  Veggies and dip?  Fruit?

I think VG just used rolling coolers to haul ice, but I could be wrong.

This is totally optional, but you may want to do a little basket in the bathroom.  It can have those things you've listed above, too.  This is the list I have from another knottie:

    hairspray
    breath mints
    tampons
    face blotters
    asprin/excedrin
    safety pins
    bobby pins
    static guard
    clear nail polish
    brush-ups/wisps (disposable tooth brushes)
    pepto
    band-aids

</div><div>Thank you! This is a great idea to have a basket for the ladies (and gents too) in the restroom kind of like what they have in the clubs. I'll include all these to my list. </div><div>
