Francesca Lombardo: She is such a sweetheart! I used her both for our engagement pics in March and the big day. Wedding day she did me, my mother and my maid of honor. Both times she was a bit late (the last one wasnt her fault her car got broken into the night before poor gal!) but once she got to the room she was all business and even stayed up to the bitter end (pre-first look) as we started running late hoping around the Palms from room to room, which was not in her initial plans but altered her schedule for us. So nice! She worked well with my girls, my MOH had some fake hair she wanted added on and styled and she was so good with my mom putting her at ease about fake eyelashes and attentive to ideas and input. I LOVED my makeup! stayed all night... in fact... I took one last picture before taking it off... I wish it could stay on forever!
The curls in my hair did fall, but I expected that.. and just put it into a side pony after 10:30pm and still loved the look. Money well spent! Book her!
Mike L Photography: We had the photo power duo Mike and Courtney! Small miscomunication on my part about where we would be when they arrived on property which I still feel bad about but my MOH saved the day and brought them to us. They started shooting right away and I've only seen one picture (of ParrtyR... LOVE IT) but I am looking forward to seeing the rest! ok ok.. I'm antsy and anxious to see the rest!

They are moving in the near future I am so glad we got to work with them! Great value for such nice and creative photography! We had them for 6 hours but they stayed over time to get the shots! so generous!
Something New Videography: YOU MUST BOOK SANDI AND JIMI!!! another husband wife team who totally rock! We met them for the first time on Thursday before, had a great talk about everything... not just wedding stuff. By wedding time I called H to tell him "Jimi's here and coming up to see you!" like we were old friends and he totally knew who I was talking about. (H had very little planning involvement so him recognizing was a big deal!) Their enthusiasm and love for what they do is contagious. Even Courtney from Mike L commented how refreshing it was to work with videographers who get a good flow going with photography so both teams could get the shots. I think when I say video my MIL thinks I had some random family member with a crappy camera... everyone is going to be blown away by the final product! Can't wait to see what they put together! We had them unlimited for the day, they showed up around 1pm and stayed until the bitter end!
RedEye Photobooths: Country-wide company. Good value, I would book again. Showed up on time. We had them for four hours with one hour prior for set-up. Unlimited photos and double pictures (favor for guests). We did have to provide our own props and a table for our guestbook (Sarah @ palms did the table no charge to us). I would have liked a more interactive attendant, some guests weren't even aware there was one! But it was a huge hit and I would do it again. Great party activity!
Pastor Ed Bruning Jr. of Casual Elegance: Nice man, great communication via email. I arranged our ceremony and he read it and added to it flawlessly. My favorite part of the day. We tried to have an unplugged ceremony where he asked guests to put down cell phones and cameras and stay in the moment and let the professionals do it for them. Well, I did think everyone was in the moment... but they still whipped out their picture taking devices! haha I'm not mad at them I just liked the idea of unplugged.
ok... doing good? end part 2!
