So we are using the MC gourmet express for our RD but I'm bringing in the cake separately.  Did you find that you had more than enough plates, napkins and forks for dessert - even if they are not supplying the dessert?  Should I buy some?  I am going to be buying plastic wine and champagne glasses from party city and can add in plates, napkins and forks if needed.  Let me know.

    I bought my own to be safe... If I remember correctly it was all big plates and it worked out better to have the small desert plates when we were serving.

    Thanks, Stinkie.  I appreciate the feedback.  PC has a free shipping deal going on right now so I am trying to get ALL my paper/plasticware purchased now.  I just don't think I need $65 worth of that stuff.

    Maybe I'll get a pinata.  Just because.

    I have TONS of UCLA paper products at home from tailgates.  I don't want more.  Plus I would have to bring it home on the plane or something. 

    However, I am starting to dig the idea of a pinata.

    Gotcha! We drove so it was no biggie to get everything there and back. Also....a Piñata would be......EPIC! haha.

    also, why are you buying plastic wine glasses etc? does MC not supply them, even though they are supplying wine?

    They aren't supplying wine.  I'm buying my own.
