Timeline, music for bridal entrance, processional music and first dance

Hi Knotties!

I need help. Will you be willing to share your the timeline of your wedding day?  For example, time frame of each event or a summary of the order.

Along with that, how long did it take for you all to find your bridal entrance music,  processional music, and first dance?

If so, do you mind sharing what song or music you used?  I need to get an idea of where to go?

Thanks in advance!

We don't have a timeline or all the music figured out yet (and we're two months away) so I would say it took/is taking a while!

Here's what we have so far:
    Ceremony- (Brass Quintet will play)
Bride's Processional- Maria's Wedding Processional from Sound of Music
Recessional- All You Need Is Love (Beatles)

First Dance- At Last (a classic, and our friend is performing it for us on acoustic guitar)

FI is really into music so he's doing most of the music stuff. I really don't know what our prelude for the ceremony will include, probably some Beatles, and some "golden oldies" (Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, etc.) because I love the way they sound on brass. As far as the seating of the mothers, bridesmaids walking down, etc, we don't know what music we'll use for that.

    Good luck!

I simply used one of the Brandenburg concerto movements as my enterance music. I had a very small wedding party, so I didn't have a different song for when I entered. For exit I used You Make My Dreams by Hall & Oates. We didn't have a first dance either. We just compiled a bunch of love songs & favorite songs and put them on shuffle for the reception.

Not very helpful, but might give you some new ideas.
