We are planning a very casual and low-key event on a Sunday afternoon scheduled for the end of July in Salina, KS. The plan is to serve cupcakes and light fair/finger food. So that we don't have to hassle with set-up, service, and clean-up of food and drinks, I would like to find someone who would include this as a part of the catering contract. There just don't seem to be many caterers in our area. Any suggestions are welcomed.
