Has anyone used the Eldridge for their receptions or weddings? My fiance and I are thinking of doing both there and were curious if anyone had any experience with them. Let me know.

    I have been to a recreption there and it's BEAUTIFUL!!! I remember them saying that they were very fun and easy to work with!! They got married at the KU chapel, which was also beautiful!!

    I just went to check out the Eldridge yesterday for my wedding and reception. Absolutely gorgeous venue and so far the staff have been friendly ad relaxed- even letting my excited bridesmaid practice walking down the aisle for the fun of it. I haven't actually met the wedding coordinator Aubrey yet, but right now it is my number one choice.

    Keep posting about it as you find stuff out. It'll be a big help to me too!

    May I ask how pricey the wedding at the Eldridge was? I am looking for venues in the area right now and I have heard that the food/beverage costs at the Eldridge are outrageous.
