Creative Reception

I'm looking for a creative location for a reception in Topeka. I want something urban/modern. In general I'm so sick of all the generic wedding reception sites in Topeka (i.e. the Ramada, Capital Plaza etc...). Does anyone have any ideas? Topeka has zero resources for brides!

I'm having a really hard time finding resources too, especially since i'm in california trying to plan a wedding in topeka! we're using the great overland station for our reception. i was also looking for a more more mod/urban location for our martini cocktail reception, but there were very limited options! the overland station has a cool restored vintage feel inside, and we needed a place that would let us bring in all of our own vendors, and didn't have any liquor restrictions.
