I am recently engaged....yay! I am currently living in Portland, OR but I grew up in Kansas and am determined to get married back in my homeland.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any budget friendly venues that I should look into. I am in love with the idea of getting married in a barn in the country. I would like it to be simple and rustic, with country charm. I've looked into Circle S Ranch and the Historic Taylor Barn, The Castle Tea Room, etc. But I am wondering if there are any venues off the beaten path that are maybe not showing up through a search engine. I am not planning a big wedding maybe 30-50 people, and I definatley do not have a large budget, resourcefulness is in order! Thank you for your help and suggestions!
