Which Iowa board should I be on?

I'm planning a wedding in Anamosa, Iowa, which is about 20ish miles northeast of Cedar Rapids, where I live.

Should I consider Des Moines or Quad Cities my local board?

I'd keep an eye on here though...I think a lot of QC vendors are willing to travel to surrounding areas and CR isn't that far! (My sis lives there :O)
