Our wedding is June 4th, the ceremony is in Anamosa, Iowa. We're having about 100 guests, maybe less and we want to have a very small, inexpensive, BBQ type reception. My guests would probably be fine with driving a little bit between the ceremony and reception.

Suggestions?

Oh, and preferably outdoor but indoor would be fantastic too.

I'm not familiar with the area, but have you looked into state/county parks?

I dont know if you need BBQ catered in but were using BBQ This from Marion, VERY reasonable prices and fantastic food!
