A good place to look is www.visitquadcities.com. They have an event planner guide and a wedding planner guide.  There are so many different questions you need to answer before deciding on a place.

    1. How many people do you need it to hold?
    2. Do you want them catering it (costly) or are you bringing in your own caterer?
    3. Are you using the space for ceremony and reception or reception only?
    4. Will you need to rent items to bring in or do they have everything you need?

What is the size of the wedding and do you want a church? Outdoor ceremony, etc?

There are several non-church outdoor locations:
    -VanderVeer Park (Davenport)
    -Haumberg Center (Sp? - RI)
    -Bass Street Landing (Moline)
    -Iowa Wireless Center (Moline)
    -Lavender Crest

I'd also check out qcweddings.com for ideas

Well were are looking at 150 people tops. I'm kinda torn right now....I would like to have the wedding outside, but I also think it would be nice to have it in a Church also! I'm worried if we have it outside in April it may be to cold or end up raining, so I'm looking at both options as of now!

Church vs. Nonchurch is really a major decision and the first thing you'll need to decide on.

I agree that April can be hit or miss on weather, but you never know!  We got married outside mid-Oct this year and it was 77 and sunny!

Have you checked out Tanglefoot or Olde Saint Anne's?

Yes I have looked at Tangelfoot and it is pretty nice! We may be have reception at Northgate Place, so I dont know if that would be to far for guests to travel or not becauses my fiances family is all out of state!

I've actually been to several weddings that had the ceremony at Tanglefoot and the reception at Northgate! It really wasn't that bad of a drive. Pretty easy directions, maybe 10-15 minutes?
