Caterer: Casual Gourmet, A+Mary was amazing to work with! We had our wedding at a private residence and Mary went above and beyond! She came on Friday to help with our rehearsal, she did everything I asked of her and I can not say enough good things about her. Her staff was great as well. They were dressed professionally and did a great job with the food which was AMAZING! (Especially the tenderloin) We had a buffet style dinner and they did a great job decorating the buffet! the linens were crisp and nice.Cake: Casual Gourmet, A+We decided to try the cake at Casual Gourmet because we had already decided to go with them as our caterer and I am so happy I did! They did a great job and their cake was so GOOD!Band: Higher and Higher, A+Unfortunately we were their last wedding with their lead singer Jen.They were amazing! We knew what we were getting when we booked them because they were the band at Lance's brothers wedding. They did both our ceremony and reception music.Tent: American Tents, A+Came on Thursday to set up the tent, dance floor, tables and chairs and came on Sunday to takes everything down just like we planned. Al was great to work with, our tent was pretty new and everything worked out with perfectly.Photographer: Kristen Dawn Photography, A+She was great to work with. She is young, fun, reasonably priced, and does great work! She showed up on time and even stayed a little later :)Invitations: Dot the I Stationary, A+Sara was great to work with. I showed her an invitation I liked, asked if she could make a certain lighthouse for me and she did everything I asked and the invitations were made pretty quick.Dress: Country Weddings, A+This place was great. You can only go by appointment and you have the whole place to yourself, which makes you feel like a princess. Their seamstress, Beth did a great job!Flowers, Lily Bells, BShe was great to work with and so accommodating but unfortunately I didn't get what I wanted. I wanted small white calla lilies and I ended up with yellowish green large ones for both the boutonnieres and my bouquet. Also the stephanotis were not all open and some of the hydrangeas looked almost dead and it was right when they arrived. I was also upset that the starfish I gave for the grooms, my dad, and grandfathers bouts fell off even before the ceremony started. The only reason I am giving a B is because she was cheap and nice to work with and in pictures you can't really tell, but know that you get what you pay... unfortunately.Porta Potties, Eliza J, FOur contract said the drop off would be Wednesday. I called to find out what time they would be getting there and they did not answer. Then finally when I got a hold of someone and I got attitude saying that he was not supposed to have a drop off on Wednesday after I told him that he was and that we had a contract he came but not until 6:30pm. He was then supposed to pick up the porta potties on Sunday but he didn't show up until Monday at 2:30 and luckily the tenants renting the house after us didn't show up until 3:00 but he made it more stress for my mom. Overall great until you pay them. The quality of the porta potties was really good though. They were clean, nicely decorated and had little baskets for guests, which I thought was nice.
