Hello Everyone!!!  I am new to the board and wanted to say hello before I went ahead and read everything on here!  We are planning our wedding for September 18, 2010 at St. John's in Bourne with our reception at the Coonamessett in Falmouth.  Looking forward to getting to knwo everyone and congratulations to all of you!  Beth

Hi!  We might be getting married in the same church in Pocasset/Bourne.  Is it the one on Shore Road?  How cool!  My wedding's next April.  Welcome to the board!  Happy planning!

Yes it is the church on Shore Road.  I grew up in Bourne and that was the Church I went to every Sunday.  My parents also got married there in 1980!

It's nice to have another Knottie around who's getting married in the same church!  St. John's is my mom's church.  She  moved to Bourne several years ago (and I lived with her for a while before moving to NJ, which is where I am now).

The priest there is really nice and the Church is beautiful. Let me know if you have any questions about it.  Did you take your marriage prep classes yet?

I think the priest there is really sweet! FI and I did Pre-Cana in NJ, since it was easier for us (and Father Bob suggested it). We will need to meet with him again to go over our choices for readings. Thanks, I can't think of any questions at the minute, but at least I know where to find you! And ditto if you need any help with general planning. Plus the rest of the girls here are really helpful too!
