    I'm getting married there 8/14/10!  I like that its across the street from the beach and that there are zero room rental charges.  The building is brand new and clean and they only book 1 wedding per day.  They have a room upstairs for an indoor wedding if it's raining outside.  Gail is the coordinator there and she is really helpful.  Dinners start at $87 and our min was only 60 people!  Hope this helps!  Good Luck!

    Can't really say much except I've peeked in the windows on the off-season and it looked really new, clean and bright which is strange because it seems like a great, underused place that I never hear of anyone having their reception there!  Also my photographer did a wedding there and the pictures looked really nice for what it's worth!
