Rehearsal dinner ideas

Anyone have any thoughts or experiences on a restaurant for a rehearsal dinner in Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, or Orleans? I am planning to have 40-50 guests for the dinner and would like to find a place that has a private room. Thanks ladies!

We had ours at the Bramble Inn in Brewster, and it was wonderful.  Excellent service and delicious food!  We had the place to ourselves as it was May.  They have several dining rooms, just not sure if you would need two with your number. I would also suggest the Brewster Fish House (you would probably have to rent the whole place as it's so small) and Chillingsworth.

We had our's at Chillingsworth - it was AMAZING!  People are still talking about the food - especially the mac & cheese with truffle oil!  We had a cocktails at the bar with passed appetizers and a back room for dinner.  It is pricey but it was my In-laws pick.

We drove by the Bramble Inn this weekend and it looked like there was a for sale sign out from - not sure what the deal is.

The Yarmouth House on Route 28 in Yarmouth is fabulous for this! They have a private room set off of the main dining area that they can set up for you and the food is wonderful. Check out their website! The 400 Club in either Harwich or West Harwich is good for this too, I have been to a few baby showers, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners there.

Try Chapins restaurant, they tent their back deck and the food is amazing!

We are having our's at Borsari Art Gallery in Dennis. The setting is unique and intimate.  They have a exclusive catering agreement with Chapin's.  Here's the link.http://www.borsarigallerycapecod.com/

I just booked my RD at the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster.  They have rooms in the mansion on the third floor.  The room that I booked holds 50 guests and has a deck off the room.  The entire room faces the ocean and has gorgeous views. The room also has a large LCD on the wall in case you were going to play a video during the RD.  Pls let me know if you need any additional info.GL!Jen

Chillingsworth for sure!!! As someone said before, it's pricey, but it is worth every single penny. I'm not sure what they would do about a private room, but if you love food, theirs is to die for. In fact, we're having our wedding there! Pat and Nitzi, the owners, are incredible - what wonderful service! Best of luck.
