Rehearsal Dinner in, on, or near Sandwich that does...

Hey everyone - we are looking for a place to do the rehearsal dinner in, on, or near Sandwich that does a clam back or something fun like that.  The problem is, since this is mostly a destination wedding for everyone invited, we are sending an open invite to anyone who wants to come to the rehearsal dinner - so the place needs to accommodate at least 140 people.  Thanks for the help.

    You might try Hemisphere in sandwich... It's right on the beach. nice people...My shower was held there and a lot of fun... Not as big as your rehersal though so check the numbers.   

    Otherwise the Daniel Webster or Belfrey inn are both nice too.

    Belfry is really nice.  My finacee and I had dinner there on Christmas Eve.  Beautiful dining room.  She loved the fireplace and I really liked the converted church decor.  Great place for the rehearsal dinner.  It is on our short list. Not sure they can handle 140 people or that they can do a clam bake.  You may need to rent a space and hire a caterer that does clam bakes.

    You could try the Aqua Grille. It can have up to 200 people and is kind of cool and funky on the inside. It's right along the Cape Cod Canal so people could go for a walk to burn off dinner calories! I'm not sure about a clam bake menu, but I've heard the food there's pretty good. Best of luck!
