Wedding Dress Search (Charlotte)

Hi,

I am going to be in the Charlotte soon and I want to search for a wedding dress while I am there.  Can anyone recommend a bridal store.  TIA

I bought my dress at NY Bride & Groom and loved them and the store.  I also shoped at Mecklenburg Bridal and J Major's.  I would recommend both of those as well, depending on budget.  Mecklenburg Bridal doesn't have the nicest store or lighting, but offer a ton of dresses and great service.  Happy shopping!

just had my first official dress fitting this past weekend couldn't be happier with my dress!

I would second both Darlynns (my dress) and NY Bride and Groom (BM dresses). Both have been incredible to work with!  I would not recommend Mecklenburg Bridal only because they charged over $200 more for my dress than the other two. The other two only charged the MSRP and included my veil and MB did not they and cost more. They were nice and had a good selected, but they definitely seem to nickel and dime everything.

I got my dress at Poffie Girls - about 25 min or so from Charlotte in Gastonia but they were awesome and had tons of choices. Would highly recommend
