Wedding Cake

Hi girls,
Could you please share who you are using for your wedding cake? That is next on my list of things to book. I am getting married in Falmouth with a reception in Woods Hole and would like to try for something local if possible. 

I also still need to book a florist. We are looking for something economical, any suggestions. Will probably only do minimal flowers on table and bouquets/boutinnares.

    Im using Krazy Kakes for my wedding cake. She is from Barnstable, so not exacly Falmouth, but she did my daughter's birthday cake & my friends wedding cake and both were really yummy & beautiful!

    I am also getting married in Falmouth and am using the Causual Gourmet.  They have been really nice to work with :) Happy planning!

    delicious desserts.net... Lisa raphaelle is one of the best bakers in the country and is right in falmouth. Her cakes are yummy and works of art... Fabulous and top notch.  

    Another fantastic local is the Scratch Cake... Best cupcakes i have ever tasted by a long shot... another artist in her field... tammy feldott

    I agree with Delicious Desserts - Lisa did an amazing groom's cake for our rehersal dinner (its was a red sox base ball cap on home plate) and the cake itself was delicious.

    We're using Konditor Meister for our cake, they're not exactly local (Braintree) but their prices are super reasonable and their cakes are amazing (and taste great)!

    We're using Petals by the Sea (Karen) for our flowers. Our wedding isn't until Sept. but so far she has been great to work with. Super accommodating and does beautiful work for a really reasonable price! Good luck!

    I'm using Casual Gourmet, as they are a preferred vendor for The Flying Bridge, which is in Falmouth. I haven't had much contact with them yet, just a simple phone call but they seem great and I've heard great things about them on this site!

    We reserved a date with Piece of Cake out of Kingston, but so far she is hard to get a hold of...

    My vote would be Delicious Desserts, and as for the florist definitely check up with Sue Hobart. She's a gem, very accomodating, and is right in Falmouth.

    We used Cape Cod Cakes (Julie Driscoll).  Delicious moist cake and it turned out beautifully, all for a reasonable price.  Also loved Lisa at Delicious Desserts but Julie's prices were more budget-friendly.

    Konditer Meister is yummy!!!!!!Professional bakery in Braintree Wow on the designs!
    Delicious desserts is excellent product and professional...little pricey beautiful designs!
    Cape Cod cakes... cake is good but julie is very unprofessional to work with and her decorating is so so pending what design you want. Beach cake is consistent but some of her other decorating not so good.
