Check: Honeymoon booked!!!

I am super dooper excited that we were able to book our honeymoon!  We were thinking that we were not going to be able to afford it right away since we are having to pay for every single aspect of the wedding, but we were able to squeeze in a 8 day, 7 night stay in an oceanfront suite with all kinds of amenities/extras/spa credits at Secrets Sanctuary Cap Cana in the DR!!!  I can hardly wait!!!  Here is a link to their website if you wanna see it.....

    Looks awesome - how'd you get such a great deal?  If you don't mind me asking ;)

    We're in the same boat...not sure if we can afford a tropical honeymoon after we pay for the entire wedding.

    Travel agents are your best friends when it comes to deals!  We were originally talking with Jennifer from VIP vacations, but we ended up getting a better price quote with a local TA in our area, so we went with him instead.  But, Jennifer was wonderful to work with, too!  You can shoot her an email and get some feedback on how you can afford a tropical honeymoon.

    That looks fabulous!

    FI and I were on top of booking the honeymoon after we got engaged...it was actually the 2nd thing we did after we secured our venue and date. :p

    Well you ladies are not alone. I am new to the knot and this was one of my questions and you have answered it for me. So I will be using a TA now b/c we are paying for wedding by ourselves. I want to go to Cancun, but then on the other hand I want to go to Jamaica, not really set on where I want to go but I do know that I have to get out of United States :0) Well wishn you the best with everything ladies!!!
