Pelham House Resort

Hello,
My fiance and I booked the Pelham House Resort for our wedding in Sept 2013.  Has anyone had their reception there and have any suggestions for Photog, band/DJ, catering?? Or any other things we should keep in mind?

I have seen Boston Common Band play a tented wedding there, they were awesome! They had a band / DJ combined set up and uplights, really cool:

Hey! We are looking at the Pelham House this weekend for a June wedding 2013.  How did you find it price wise compared to other things in the area? What was it that made you choose PH?? Thnx!

They charge between $4000-$6000 for a site fee and then everything else is up to the couple - Tent, Food, Decorations etc.  If you get a good full-service caterer then they can help with the planning.  Its a beautiful location and we loved the idea that all our guests can stay on site.  That's really what sold us.
