I've heard people talk about weddingmapper.com  You might want to check it out.  It does a lot more than just mapping your route too.

It is pretty straight forward to get from the Bourne Bridge to the Connamesset Inn.

From the Bridge you are on 28 South around the rotary.  A few miles down you will come to a second rotary.  Take the second right out of the rotary which keeps you on Rte 28.  A few more miles down Rte 28 will no longer be a highway.  It changes to a double lane road.  You will come to a traffic light at the intersection of Rte 28 and Jones Road.  You will know you are at the right intersection by noticing the Falmouth Hospital access is on the right of that same intersection.

At this intersection take a left onto Jones Road.  You will come to the next traffic light at the intersection of Jones Road and Gifford Street.  Take a left onto Gifford Street.  The Connamesset Inn is an immediately right off of Gifford Street.

    Good Luck and Enjoy.
