What did you think of the responsiveness of the staff? We sent our deposit and it took over a week and some pestering for them to respond-we received no confirmation.
When we scheduled to look at the venue they were very responsive but ever since then it's been difficult to get a hold of anyone and now that we've paid the deposit, no one has contacted us, thanked us, told us next steps, or given us a primary contact. Just curious how others' experience with the venue has been so far.
