venue help!

Hi everyone! So my fiance and I are looking at some places that are either 1. near the beach (usually more expensive though) or 2. in a barn/historical place... We do not want a huge wedding (50ish people) and do not want to spend a ton. Basically something a little different and not at your typical venues. Has anyone had anything at The Salem Cross Inn, The Linden Place, or the Galleli Beach Club? Or does anyone have any input for other places to look into?      This is on a pond but still provides a beach element and they have cabins available for guests to stay overnight.  I found when I was planning my wedding many vendors were willing to negotiate on prices, all you have to do is ask. Good luck planning and have fun.

    We had ours at The Dennis Inn and it's perfect for your size wedding. It's close enough to Corporation Beach that you could get married there and head right over to the Inn. I thought their prices were really reasonable.

    We had our reception at the Old Yarmouth Inn.  Definitely a historic building.  I think we had 65 people and were not cramped in their main room.  We were very happy.
