This is a Bed and Breakfast just out side of Asheville, NC and I just had the most wonderful experience there. They have it set up so that you can have up to 140 people and as few as 20 and still have a lux wedding in a unique setting. If you do have over 60 or so people, you rent the entire B&B for the weekend, which is what we did, and it might be the best idea ever, and still VERY reasonably priced. The entire wedding party and parents were able to stay in the Bed and Breakfast and it turned into a relaxed weekend where we actually enjoyed each other's company instead of rushing around and arranging transportation.
The staff was wonderful. You can be as passive or assertive as you want. Personally, I like to make decisions after I have a narrowed down list, so instead of researching every caterer, baker, DJ ect in the area, they gave me a short list of vendors they have worked with that they know do a good job. If you want someone not on that list, however, they will accommodate that, there is no tie-in or anything, which is really nice.
The facility itself was beautiful and everything I could have hoped for. I cannot say enough about the Sleepy Hollow Inn as a wonderful venue for a wedding!
