Flying Bridge

I recently held my wedding at the Flying Bridge and it was gorgeous. I do have to share that they do NOT have air conditioning. We didn't think to ask (we had our site visit over the winter). but this information was not volunteered either. It was a very humid evening and guests were very warm.

The food had definite high points and one low point, and customer service was underwhelming. I'd be happy to offer a candid assessment to help other brides in their planning! Here's my email: ithakasummer@yahoo.com.

    Wow-- that's a huge con considering summer must be their busy season! We have our rehearsal dinner there in Oct but it should be fine by then.

    Hi, I'm new here. I am also considering the Flying Bridge for July 2011. I am going to visit there in a few weeks and will certainly inquire about the AC. Was it unbearably hot or was there an ocean breeze that came in? I don't want to be sweaty at my wedding! :)
