Hotel Recommendations in Falmouth

Hi ladies,

We're about to send out the save the dates but figured we should have the hotel blocks set before hand.

Our reception is at The Flying Bridge in Falmouth and am looking for hotel recommendations since I'm not terribly familiar with the area. I'd prefer the hotels be in walking distance to the Flying Bridge but definitely not a necessity.

Thanks in advance! :)

The inn seasons Harbor Walk is right there, I would highly recommend them. We used them as one of our hotels for my wedding in September. The front desk girl was kind of rude but they put OOT gift bags in all the rooms for us. They dont block out rooms so make sure your guests get their rooms asap. The Red Horse Inn is also right there. Both are defiantly with in walking distance! HTH

Falmouth Holiday Inn... not walking distance from the Flying Bridge, but is near the downtown area and barely a 5 minute drive

We had rooms at the Red Horse Inn and they were very nice and easy to deal with. However, they didn't actually block rooms, just offered  group discount. When I dropped off OOT bags she helped me make sure I caught all of our guests, even one that didn't mention our wedding code when booking.

Inn Seasons, like others said, is also right there. Tides Motel isn't far, but Idon't know how nice it is inside.

We also had blocks at Mariner Motel and Inn on the Square. Both are a little beyond walking distance, at least in heels, but I was happy with both. Inn on the Square was really nice, but not flexible with rates or 2 night minumums. Mariner had much better rates and is a pretty standard motel. Talk to Karen there if you call.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Flying Bridge and it was great-- the food was really, really good and the ambience was great.

we stayed at the Seacrest in August and it is not walking to downtown, but it was affordable and nice. It is also right on the beach, which is so nice!
