Chef Roland did our wedding at Ballymeade - we are still getting rave reviews over a year later!

I second Chef Roland!!! He did ours in September and people are still raving about the food! The appetizers are to die for and the filet's were cooked perfectly!!!

We are using Eat Your Heart Out Catering for our wedding.  We had our tasting today and the food was excellent.  It looked as good as it tasted.  The presentation was beautiful and Sean the owner is great.

I'm a little late to answer, but absolutely Chef Roland. He's a little hard to get in touch with, but the food is SO SO good and you will get a ton of it for a very reasonable price. People still keep telling me how good the food was.
