Welcome Party Idea

Hi,

Is anyone having a welcome party for their OOT guests? We were planning on having ours at Ocean Edge with a beach fire but are looking for other options as well in case the weather is bad. We are trying to find something unique instead of just drinks at a bar.

Any ideas?

    I have no great ideas for you, but I think a beach fire at Ocean Edge sounds so awesome. They do have a bar that you could move it into as a rain plan, right? I know that's not exactly what you want, but at least it would be easy to redirect people.

    that sounds like a great idea. we have not planned a welcome party and proably will just do a larger rehearsal dinner :)
