Wedding Ceremony/Reception Venues near Yarmouth? Beach ceremonies?

Hello Everyone!  Hopefully my questions aren't too vague!  I'm looking for some suggestions to affordable wedding ceremony and/or receptions sites near Yarmouth; we're expecting 100-120 guests to attend.
Also, I was contemplating having the ceremony on a beach, but the more and more I read about it it seems like that's difficult task to do (even more so with the amount of people attending!). Anyone have any luck with holding their ceremony on a beach?  Any beach suggestions?
Thanks in advance! :-)

We had our wedding ceremony at Surf & Sand Motel in Yarmouth - they have a beautiful lawn overlooking the beach which was where we set up chairs for the ceremony - we set up the chairs facing the beach with the dunes and the water as the backdrop for the ceremony.  We had a lot of older guests who would have had a difficult time walking down to the beach, so this was the closest we could get without making it too difficult for guests.

They also own Skippy's Pier 1 which is about a mile away.  They close the restaurant for your reception so you have the entire place - and it is overlooking a marina so you still have that waterfront feel.  They were extremely affordable (we paid around $40/pp including cocktail hour for food, with VERY reasonable drink prices).

I recently posted my vendor reviews for our 7/18/10 wedding. I'm  not sure if it's close enough, but we got married at the Jonathan Young Windmill in Orleans and had our reception next door at the Orleans Inn. No sand there, but it overlooks the water so when looking at our pictures it definitely looks like we got married at a beach. And we did a first look and a sunset shoot at two beaches close by. The park was free and there were no random people wandering around (can't say the same for our beach shots). Ed at the Orleans Inn has 100 white folding chairs from when his daughter got married that he let us use for our ceremony. I'm not sure if he extends that offer to all of his weddings, but we had to set them and take them down. Hope that helps!!
