lol love it! haha. We were in the same boat! I sent mine out after Thanksgiving and they were due Jan 1st.......had to email/call/text about 60 people! WTF....and to think there's STILL a few jerks who have have ignored us!
In other news.....I ordered my put together my wedding programs and ordered table numbers today Yayyyyy

LOL - I'm with you on that! Mine are due Saturday too, and I've gotten 18 out of 70 back. I called my sister to ask her why she hadn't sent it yet - she said "do I really have to?" I said.. "YES, I paid for a dang stamp, you better use it!!!"

I finally decided that Im done waiting for those people. I deleted them out of the guest list on the knot and am not worried about it. If they show up and have no where to sit, its their own damn fault. I made a reasonable guesstimate. We're sitting at 143 definite yes' out of what ended up being 210ish invites. Some folks are stil missing, we had only a couple no's. I am tired of stressing about it, if they cant have enough courtesy to let me know if theyll be attending, then they shouldnt expect me to pay for them to come and eat and drink if they cant tell me if theyre showing up. Now if i could just get my fiances family to grow the heck up, thatd be great!!!!

I still have a week for my responses but I've only gotten about 20% back! It's crazy people can't just check yes or no and drop it in the mailbox. I'm dreading have to contact people!

Mine are due Saturday and waiting on 89...I got four off FB via chat the other night. I collected a few numbers from one person for others in her extended family as she was surprised they had not sent back yet. Today I nearly flipped my crap between what is going on at work....oh I need a thread...lol

Hahaha we ended up texting a lot of people last night (most were my FI's people so he actually texted them and asked if they were coming) When they said "yes", he often replied with

"Thanks for the response card, d*** (male part)"
or
"You could have mixed a response card in there somewhere"

hahaha and this is why im marrying him.

GEEZ! What is wrong with people??? Usually my family and friends dont RSVP to ANYTHING....but i got really lucky for the wedding! Every single person RSVP'd...and got the last one two weeks before the due date. I think i set a record. I hope people get the hint soon!

Ugggggh the RSVP's! Mine was last week and I haven't heard from more than HALF of the people I invited. I updated my FB status, but then deleted it because a lot of people were "liking" it who weren't invited. We did a wedding website and my status said to RSVP on the website, one person commented "whats the website"? WHO DOES THAT?! So I deleted the status. I'm going to start calling and texting people this weekend. Why can't people just RSVP?!
