Adeline Leigh Catering Question

My FI and I are attending the Adeline Leigh tasting on July 22. If it goes well, then we'll be booking her ASAP (I'm moving out to California the last week of July so I really want the caterer nailed down before I'm gone). Just wondering if anyone else has booked them or has any opinions or recommendations for what to look for and ask about. TIA!

    I think we'll probably be there at the same time. My FI will be in a sling from his shoulder surgery so we should be fairly easy to spot :o)
